The cottage is situated in the small village of Bosley on the A54 Macclesfield to Leek Road.
Exit the M6 at junction 17 (Sandbach) and follow signs for Congleton (A534). On entering Congleton follow the signs for town centre and Buxton (A54) Following these signs will take you through a series of roundabouts, at the last roundabout take the first exit signed Bosley and Buxton (A54) Follow this road for approximately 3 miles crossing a narrow bridge with traffic lights until you meet the A523 at Bosley Traffic lights turn left here and Bryher Cottage is on the left at the end of Bullgate Lane
